I read different folks to try to get my own "feel" for the market.

Last march he posted how great he was for being long gold since 2000 as gold was making new highs. That was interesting to me since the previous year he had told folks that were long gold that they were victims of their own DNA and that it was going down, so I called bullsh*t on him. I wasn't very popular 8^( on that thread.

I did notice what gold did for the rest of the year after that post 8^).

I 'm thinking that this summer may be mild and then go nuts late this year into the 2010 elections. The market anticipated Obama from about last summer, they'll anticipate a return to sanity. Hopefully the republicans will have a return "Contract with America" and neuter Obama for his last 2 years in office. Oh, this isn't a political thread <G>.
