You claim the UN Convention on Torture exempts torture if the victim is not a signatory.

That, like you, is as stupid as it gets.

You want to move on to the rest of your foolish defense of torture? I can understand you wanting to run from your idiotic claims.

But where i come from, a claim like that is either backed up or retracted. Running away is not an acceptable response.
