The China threat.

China is an oligarchy, but engaged in a massive education program. Asian's comprise 11% of the California population but comprise over 50% of the incoming class at UC Berkeley, in fact I think all the top schools in California.

And we are still debating evolution (only 50% believe in it)while the Chinese are experimenting with evolution in their labratories.

What is wrong with this picture?
