Chesapeake's (CHK) Reputation Takes Another Hit Wow. Why don't the shareholders rise up? I never did get that. I guess it's just easier to sell the stock. And they are: clearstation.etrade.com What's failed capitalism is the concept of the Board of Directors. They were supposed to oversee and monitor the CEO and upper mgmt. Instead, they are in mgmt's hip pocket.
