LCCI is an international company. Today it got hit
hard.
I think LCCI has a poor HR dept. I went to a campus
interview with them when I was about to graduate from
a top 5 Electrical Enginnering school. The HR manager
and an engineer were impressed and expressed interests.
The HR manager said, "We will make the hiring decision
without another on-site interview" I was happy because
they were impressed and were able to make the decision.
At the end of the interview, he said, "We will let you
know in two weeks about our decision."
The bad part comes after two weeks because there is no
notification of any kind. As a student who already
boned up $10,000 for my two years of graduate study, I
had to call the bastard three time during bussiness hours.
All I got was no reply. The image of LCC was not represented
very professionaly: promise was broken.
This HR manager's name is Don An. More of a Don Juan from
the wireless world, I tought.
I did not know any professional baseball team screw around
with the top left handed propest pitchers. But LCC did
that with a HR manager that tour all the top universities.
I also had a friend who works for LCC and she said the
same thing, she is going to leave LCC as soon as her green
card was obtained.
LCC has yet to fix the contracts lost to Pocket and NextWave.
Why would anyone invest in this company if people are not
buidling PCS network anymore?
