The EMFP PR basically said the interest in the stock was because of the swine flu. I mean, that's a "duh" type release. It was almost as bad as those PR's where management said they know no reason for a stock's move. They didn't hint that they even had masks or filters for sale or ready to be manufacturered. Common sense says that they have nothing at this point, but that's just my own read on this.

As to who owns what, there were PR's that explained some of this. Check back the last time there was volume. I believe that APNN owned the patent and process and was licensing it to EMFP. The proposal was to merge the companies in one great big paper shuffle.

This is never a good sign, but everything is in limbo.
