Read the article that details the so-called 'vandalism', then compare it to the initial reports of widespread damage, vandalism, trashing, throwing away of office supplies, and trashing of Air Force One. An intellectually honest person who have to admit that the initial reports were wildly wrong, with no subsequent apology. The real 'damage' consisted of a few missing W's, missing doorknobs that no one is sure were ever there, a missing seal, and normal wear and tear.

Also, the 'price' was inflated - who pays $75 for a normal wired keyboard? Where was the 'significant property damage'? $9000 - which includes overpriced keyboards that were likely easily repaired - is not 'significant property damage' as outlined in the original 'reports'.

The lies I refer to are the reports of 'vandalism' that were never substantiated. That is the definition of a lie. Even Tony Snow apologized for spreading these lies. But the winger here never will...
