No, no, no.

You have the wrong focus completely.

China doesn't care about electric cars. China isn't stoooopid. (We reserve that distinction for Americans.) China is stealthily trying to exchange its mountains of worthless T-Bills for hard assets...crude, copper, uranium, etc. I think that it is veiled in their so called stimulus package. I don't think that they are interested in stimulating anything - just covering up their hoarding. And if I were them, I would be doing the exact same thing. You know...quantitative easing in the West begets quantitative hoarding in the East.

Remember. Jim Rogers has moved over there and he is pounding the commodities drum.
