I agree , Investor2 , it is a HUGE difference . Like yourself , I wish I had exited the market last May when Sy gave his sell signal in his suggested Seasonal Timing Strategy portfolio . Because I am a subscriber , I can't answer your question about whether Sy has exited the market yet , however I can tell you that Sy's published exit dates for his Seasonal Timing Strategy can start as soon as April 20th and as late as early July depending on the MACD signal on the DOW , Sy's favorite timing index . The MACD software that I have found , Investor2 , that has BEST approximates Sy's proprietary MACD software for his sell and buy signals for his unfavorable and favorable seasons in the past is at : stockcharts.com Or you can follow my posts on my Best of Breed Investing forum topic , " Allan's Insights " , that I can give you a link via personal email if you are interested . I post and answer questions on Sy's different investing methods over there most every day . It is an open forum and anyone can join .
