Many of the Obama administration's key accomplishments thus far have been done by the stroke of a pen -- executive orders reversing Bush policies, like the closing of Guantanamo Bay

Or more specificly the prison camp at Gitmo, its not like the whole place will be closed.

That, whether or not one considers it to be an accomplishment, hasn't happened yet, so it can't yet be reasonably considered to be a promise kept.
