Berkshire's 'delayed' Results.

An opinion has been noted elsewhere on SI that Berkshire's Q1 Results will not be published until after the AGM due to the fact that may not contain good news.

Well, IMO, that could very well be the case, BUT ...

... knowing Buffett (as best as one can !!), I suspect that he feels he owes it to his shareholders to first explain the results to them in a fair and equitable manner, as only he can, before they are let loose into the "open market", where I'm sure there are groups of salivating "Vulture 'Analysts'" just waiting to have their "profound" say.

Ironically, according to Reuters, Berkshire's class A shares closed 4.9 percent higher at $93,400.
