Per the Yahoo board: The company filed its proxy for the annual shareholders meeting last night. In it they told us they had dissolved the "special committee" within the BOD that dealt with insider transactions involving Mr. Icahn. This means the upcoming refinance of the preferred A's (part due next Jan) will not involve Mr. Icahn. Thus, the greatly feared round two of a massive dillution in the hands of Mr. Icahn will not take place. A huge weight has been lifted off this stock.
