This statement says it exactly. So the criminals at GS continue on. Their HFT has been a major push for the Market along with all the other usual stuff. I mean there hasn't been one Economic statistic out in months that warrants this rally. Govt. give Wall St. money they use it for trading, not put into the economy at all.
