Schools go crazy when it comes to guns. I'm not just talking about actual guns in school. Its understandable that they don't want guns in school (despite the fact that "gun free zones" are the number one target for mass killings, I said "understandable, not necessarily wise), but even anything connected to guns.

I've posted stories on SI about how people have gotten in trouble for pictures of guns, for a "charm" of a gun on a charm bracelet etc. In one case I think a little boy got suspended for pointing a chicken finger at a teacher and saying "bang, bang"...

Its as if in the opinions of school administrators guns are demonic presences, and even mentioning them, or showing pictures of them, or pretending they are there, will somehow bring evil spirits in to the school...
