Souter leaving is interesting... Obama will be able to nominate someone with the intellect and personal skills to make a difference on the court. Hopefully, Ginsburg will also be out shortly. She should have never been on the court. The Supreme Court of the United Sates should have the FINEST minds in the Country on it. It shouldn't be partisan, but it should be WISE...
