Phil I think thats great that you wrote your representative that you will be taking the email to his constituents. Just stay on him. I know I wrote at least 5 emails to mine before he showed up as a co-sponsor. In the next email you could ask him to please share why he is not co-sponsoring HR 1207 so you can share his answer with his constituents when you are out and about......
