Souter indicated during President Bush 43's term that he wanted to be replaced when a Republican could make the appointment. He was appointed by President Bush 41. Now Souter chooses to allow the socialist Obama to put a partisan leftwing lunatic fringe hack on the SCOTUS. The juxtaposition between statements and acts is instructive.
