Hi Evan, I'd guess the law suit is the main problem. Or it might just turn out that OMQP has a bit more BETA than the general market. I started my position in TRAC with a 33% cash reserve and will start to use it pretty quickly from the looks of it! I have an open order in place to add 10% more at $16.50, so it is very close to a fill.
