If the party is serious about constitutionalism and the rule of law, it should use this opportunity for education, not grandstanding.

Excellent idea...and every Senator should refute Obama, who openly said today that the business of the court is not enforce the law but to consider how it affects the persons before the bench, the very opposite of disinterested decision making.
