I saw your post over on ihub saying the problem is Dexters wife was very ill and he was taking care of her......Dude, wake up and smell the coffee....The problem is Dexter. Period. I am sorry his wife is ill but that is no excuse...nor are the hundreds of excuses he has fed us sheep the last 3 years.....Well, maybe not hundreds, but it sure seems that way.....and I am sorry, but this latest crap, as I said before, is the last straw....filings will be on time.....they weren't....the excuse was somebody else didnt get it there by 5.....He said they were complete and he would get them filed. He didn't....then the excuses...his wife...the auditor.....the dog ate the filings......Like I said, wake up dude...I do not think LBWR is a scam, but they sure do act like one....and if that is how they want to act...that is how others should treat and view them.....3 years of watching Dexter make some very juvenile and imo, inexcusable mistakes.....with nothing but lame A$$ promises followed by lame A$$ excuses....I am as sick of hearing the promises and excuses as I am of watching people defend his actions....he is the CEO of a company you, me and others are shareholders in....stop defending this guy and lets start holding him accountable for his actions....Why defend somebody who has your money and is feeding you bull$hit for 3 years? It's your money...and you should not tolerate anybody that puts your money in harms way....Dexter has proven imo, that he is not cut out to be the CEO of any public company and LBWR has proven that all the talk and all the promises do not amount to $hit if you do not back up your words with actual results.....I really do not see why shareholders keep defending Dexter or the company....The guy and the company has my money and I will not defend his actions...I will persecute him in public as I am now and hold him accountable for his actions...You and I, and everybody else are held accountable for our actions..why not the CEO of a company whose incompatance is flushing shareholders money down the drain? 3 years of his $hit and you want to defend the guy and keep eating his excuses he is trying to spoon feed to us? Pleaaaaaaaaassssssseeeeeeeeeee!!
Sorry....I for one will not eat what he is trying to feed us anymore.....I will hold him accountable and in fact have already drafted a letter that will ask for him to step down as CEO or be removed and you know damned well who else will be getting CC's of my letter.....He wants to play games for 3 years...fine..time for him to be held accountable for his games.....Great weekend to all......Peace, K |
