The PR's are not being done and we need a PR firm now. But right now the company wants to hire a CPA for cash so also hiring a PR firm for cash is not an option, especially at $100K. But we need a PR firm now. Shares are supposed to be used in just such a situation. That's the purpose of the stock market system for companies. I understand your dilution fears but the big picture says Dexter has to make this move for the company. We have to have it. Dexter needs to hire a reputable PR firm, not another babybulls. The dilution would be minor and the benefits well worth it.
