Ted, SD claims that we should have raised taxes during a period of economic expansion. He calls that "Keynesian."

That would mean actually admitting that the economy was expanding, something the Democrats could not do without negatively spinning it.


You're being disingenuous. For years, Dems argued that the economy was not raising all boats even as the country was in an economic expansion; that it was mostly creating low paying jobs and that people's salaries were not keeping up with inflation. And that the disparity between the rich and the middle class/poor was growing.

Why do you guys think you lost the House in 2006 and the Senate and the presidency in 2008? Playing pretend helped you get into your current outlier position......don't make it worse by staying in that mode.
