A few PR's a year?? Don't sugar coat the blatant negligence that's going on. We have to make Dexter aware that this is unacceptable to the shareholders. And you are not telling him that, are you? You said Dexter was going to hire a CPA. What about the uplisting?

As far as adding value to the company. PR raises pps which increases the buying power for acquisitions which is what the shares are for. Less shares for an acquisition adds value to the company.
