Time doesn't shape anything. Least of all capital. You throw out "time shapes capital" as if it's something profound or some ideal that one can actually hew to. You know what shapes capital? Man. Man creates capital and utilizes it as he sees fit to fill the needs of... man. Time creates nothing and shapes nothing. It just is. The magic ingredient in the grand scheme of capital is thought and impetus of thought. In other words, man. Maybe Martians too since they're piloting all those UFOs. Time shapes capital, without the necessity for any variable of political domain, such as western or eastern.
