Physicists and cosmologists are qualified to talk about the cosmological conditions that enable life to exist. Like the presence of planets, stars, heavy elements ....

RE: fine tuning......did your Intelligent Designer make a special design just for humans as your bible teaches or did his work evolve from earlier "designs"??

I have no idea. But intelligent human designers commonly build on earlier designs.

You're not going to understand this but, the universe consists of about 100 elements, the simplest being hydrogen, ie one proton, one electron....all the rest are simply additions of neutrons or protons that increase the mass and atomic number and change the electrical and chemical properties of those elements....

I think I actually understand that as well as you do.

Those additions would have occurred through nuclear fusion, ie the big bang.

Wrong. The big bang only resulted in helium and hydrogen. Heavier elements were formed through nuclear fusion in stars.

All subsequent reactions occurred by electrical attraction or repulsion or collisions of atoms or molecules..... After 12 billion years, can you tell me what might have been????

I can tell you what I don't believe couldn't have occurred. The random collision of atoms wouldn't result in information encoded via a genetic code in chemical bonds.

Just as the random collision of atoms wouldn't result in a book filled with information encoded in a written language. Just as the random collision of atoms wouldn't result in information programmed on a silicon chip.
