I didn't know we were arguing, but OK, whatever.....I'll end with this.....Why will you not offer to buy my shares if you still think so highly of this?....the PPS is the lowest in 3 years!......once again your statements show we will never agree and that imo, you still do not get it.....look at the part in bold that you wrote....you are again defending Dexter and implying that things are wonderful with LBWR (but you won't buy my shares at the lowest pps in 3 years??)Good grief dude..wake up and see things as they are, not how you want them to be.....He has done very little right, imo and your friggin crazy if you think the only problem is late filings..and don't answer as this is more of a rhetorical question or comment.....so, lets just end this discussion, OK?....Unless you wan't to buy my shares? Why don't you put your money where your defense of Dexter is and buy my shares?? Peace and good luck...Keith

<<Keith, you started this argument with me, not the other way around. I believe I was talking to Sid when you posted to me.

Also, I am just not willing to dismiss all the things that Dexter has done right, just because he has yet to prove that he can file on time.

Lots of stuff to cheer about.

I believe the company is getting stronger, and I believe they will figure out the filing issues.
