spector also said for the last three months , he is a republican and believes in republican ideas... he said he had no intention of switching to democrat party. It was fun to watch a few films clips from April on local tv yesterday with him stating he was remaining in republican party.

He changed parties because he cannot be elected in the primary and refuses to let go of being a senator at age 80. He now has the support of senator Casey, President Obama and gov Rendell in the next election as a democrat running for senate. that will knock out any democrat competition.

All of the polling he did or done outside showed he couldn't get more than 30% support for election in republican party.
