I don't doubt that Obama's picks are on the extreme on the topic of what is customary international law that is applicable to the U.S., however.

There are a group of "America is the source of evil" types in this country that would love to see Bush, et al, in the dock at the Hague for "War Crimes."

Add to this our "one worlders" and you have the International law movement. A conservative Supreme court would never let this stand. The Left needs more on the bench like this Yale Law Prof.
