I’m curious if you think cholesterol has absolutely nothing to do with heart disease, that it can be safely ignored.

My understanding, gained from years of reading this and that, is that DIETARY cholesterol is pretty much irrelevant to the amount of cholesterol circulating in the blood. Is your understanding different from that?
