No there isn't any, at least not that is apparent from the pictures you provided. Obama was critisized because he is an American President bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia. He looks really foolish in the poster but I don't see the racism. The Saudi King is depicted with color. The other poster has him wrestling or something with Uncle Sam. The words are obscured so I don't know what that one is about... you see them both as clear racism.

You call anything that isn't a forced choice of black over white as racism, but that is only because you are an extreme racist.
