Kenneth doesn't understand that words do actually mean something. For instance Boxer applies the law everyday.

That is a ridiculous statement. Just as is his nomination of Boxer as a Supreme Court Justice. ROFLMAO. She may obey the laws every day and I am not certain of that. She may join in legislation of laws occasionally, but she never applies the law nor does she uphold the law. That is the job of the executive branch.
