Obama is the guy who took us to the edge of the cliff in the first place. It is no coincidence that the economic doom and gloom began almost precisely at the same time it became apparent Obama would win the election.

And what precisely has Obama done which would allow him to claim this credit?

I mean, what -- 60B of the so-called stimulus has been spent?

I'm sorry. But in real life, you don't get credit for fixing problems that you created in the first place.
