That's the whole point. There are no limits.

It's only natural for people to save and be frugal in times of recession, but Krugman thinks that behavior is to be discouraged with unlimited government spending.

There is no better way to punish people who save than to cause massive inflation. Is that what Krugman wants, or is he another victim of good intentions gone wrong?
