No there isn't any, at least not that is apparent from the pictures you provided. Obama was critisized because he is an American President bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia. He looks really foolish in the poster but I don't see the racism. The Saudi King is depicted with color. The other poster has him wrestling or something with Uncle Sam. The words are obscured so I don't know what that one is about... you see them both as clear racism.

In the first poster, he is licking the Saudi jewels......jewels is a slang term for a man's genitalia. While he is licking, he is grabbing his own genitalia. Black men were often depicted as sexual beings.....'bucks' who were always on the prowl for sex. It was part of the white sexual fantasy about blacks.

In the second poster, a decidedly angry and dangerous Obama is mugging Uncle Sam. Blacks have been frequently seen by whites as violent.
