Took several calls as he is very busy working with the Attorney and the CPA on docs. He is confident that the 10K will be out by Wednesday at the latest and possibly by tomorrow. He also expects the late 10Q to be finished very shortly and the following quarter's to be out on time. He also said to expect other news in the next week or so. I would recommend that we all give him 48 hours and an opportunity to complete the 10K and other paperwork before we call him en masse to continue complaining. He sounded frustrated with the lack of effort on their part. Based on that frustration, I absolutely expect a new auditor by the next set of filings.
