I used to look at my neighbor's lifestyle and think, "What a wealthy bastard". Later, I read about his bankruptcy in the newspaper.

You see, "prosperity" isn't always all it appears to be.

As to peace, I do believe FDR was a great wartime president; a lot of what GWB did in his eight years most certainly would have been done by FDR were he in the presidency.

FDR was not a chickenshit liberal. He was a liberal, but he knew America was not to be f*cked with.
