believe you are **not** dismissing the possibility that QCOM will get back to $100 or more per share, correct?

If so, “the best may be yet to come “ re: QCOM’s $/share, but not its “best growth days”, correct?

The time frame is everything when talking about price targets. I dont see the earnings necessary (around $5) to support a $100 share price in the next few years. Who knows on the out years?

To me, the key for Q's future growth prospects is their success with Snapdragon. The royalty growth will be slowing down as will further WCDMA market share gains (law of large numbers there as well), but Snapdragon opens up the possibility of an entire new market of devices. It certainly isnt a slam dunk though. They are going to be fighting the entire Wintel duopoly as well as whatever comes out of Apple's labs. It is the part of Q's business that I believe carries the most potential. Mirasol is interesting as well, though I will remain skeptical until Q provides quite a bit more information on both the performance and the economics of the venture.
