BMO hires mining, retail analysts Mining powerhouse BMO Capital Markets added to its coverage of gold stocks Friday, while the investment bank’s U.S. arm picked up a retail analyst for a second tour of duty. BMO Nesbitt Burns hired Andrew Kaip, who spent the past five years covering junior precious metals companies for employee-owned Haywood Securities, and a decade prior to that as a project geologist. When he arrives, the dealer will have 10 mining analysts covering 120 companies in the sector. In New York, BMO hired John Morris to follow retail apparel companies as part of the firm’s consumer coverage. He was at Wachovia Securities for the past three years, but prior to that, was the senior retail apparel analyst for BMO and its predecessor firm Gerard Klauer Mattison. ********************************************************* Haywood make the arrangement of PAT takeover , so I suppose their new analyst know RIC and will analyse well (He is a geologist)
