In spite of you lie to the contrary, the S&P was down 40% for the Bush presidency.

You are the one lying. The market went down due to 9/11. Bush brought the market back up. In Jan 2000 the S&P was at 1394.46 in Nov 2007 it was 1481.14. Only the Democrat game plan to give away loans to people who could not qualify at even higher rates brought the market back down. And when people saw that Obama was going to be President it really went down, then in Feb he really scared us sh!#tless and the market tanked again. Just wait till inflation from all that debt sets in.
