and the discussions could go on for the next 3-6 months. One has to consider the time it takes to perform due diligence,and even then you do not know for sure. And then to shop around the offer to other interested parties, and on, and on, ... They had to have been interested at least as far back as when ELN went public with their neurodegeneration-focused 'science day'. BJ
