As the recent effort to close the overseas earnings loophole has so clearly demonstrated.

Not done yet... the Reps tried to expand them.

Obama cannot even talk without a teleprompter.

You must have missed his press conferences and town halls. Then again Bush couldn't talk WITH a teleprompter.
