Where judges and politicians are concerned, I'm in favor of upper AGE limits. Look at Specter and Bunning. They're just too fricken old. TIme for new blood.

It is ridiculous for these people to continue on and on past 70. I understand why it happens, but that doesn't make it a good thing.

I've tried cases before 80+ year old judges. They can't stay awake. I remember dropping a book on the desk to wake one up to hear my objection.
