The pattern seems to be 55% of GM stock to UAW, 44% to the bondholders/taxpayers? and 1% to the common shareholders. UAW 1 for 100 reverse. Then the UAW dumps their stock because they don't really want to sit across the table and collective bargain with themselves.
In 5 years, they will be BK again.
