I've heard it several times, prior to today. Usually in a BK the common shareholders get wiped out. 1% is a bone...really a joke.

Now, what are all the govie encouraged IRAs, 401ks supposed to invest in? Certainly not common stock. Common can get completely wiped out. I gets behind everything. The system is blown.
Average Joe has been shafted more than he thinks.
