Anyone have an opinion as to why the Monolines seem to be on fire the past this week? PPIP? PMI, ABK, MBI, RDN.. etc.. are on a tear. I ask because I still am trying to confirm my theory that the financial insurers have to lead the financials to recovery. Hawk
