No immediate problems, just Iraq says oil belongs to the whole country and the Kurds say they can act independently. One thing is for certain,IMO, Iraq cannot bend the Kurds to their will without a civil war, which they would not win, so better to hammer out a sharing agreement and let the Kurds get on with business.

P.S. Hoc's partner in Uganda and the big discovery there is Tullow PLC, with a mkt cap of 6.5 bil pounds sterling. Another influential partner on a very significant field. Hoc a big up and comer.
