Truman, JF and Crackers, we all seem to be on the same page on Clinton. I often comment to some of my Democratic friends that if they feel so good about who they're voting for, then they should go down to the street corner after cashing their Friday paycheck and start handing out dollar bills.

If you haven't already, may I suggest that you check out the editorial section in the WSJ Interactive Edition (wsj.com). Everyday it seems that section has an article that really puts together the core beliefs that we have expressed on this thread. I've also checked out the Washington Times site, (washtimes.com). They also have some worthwhile articles. Do any of you know if the "Weekly Standard" has a site yet?

As far as Iraq goes, I think Clinton will be very careful in exposing American lives into any kind of imminent danger there. He's been very fortunate not to have any major casualties coming from Bosnia and I'm sure he will not allow that to happen with this Iraq debacle. I find it disturbing that Russia continues to criticize America's military actions such as the action taken against Iraq. From past news footage I've seen, you would have thought Bill and Boris were buddies. Frankly, America's relationship with Russia as well as the other former Soviet states is where the danger lies and I don't feel comfortable with Bill, Al, George and Dick (from his hotel suite) at the helm.
