The denial followed by two of the lies...a) members of the bush administration told us that it would be quick b) members of the bush administration told us that iraqi oil would pay for the war... Those are lies alright, but not Bush lies. You were probably too aghast to notice what Bush was saying because of the "Mission Accomplished" sign, but during that speech he said the war had just started and would take a very long time to complete. No one but the liberial media said that Iraqi oil would pay for the war, Bush had always maintained it was Iraq's oil and would go to rebuilding their country, not our war expenditures.
