Every talking head should be asking why, but they're too busy selling it as an example of strength and confidence in the market. I see it as another example of the detachment of the market from the truth.

V is a market posterchild. Touted as being almost completely immune from economic slowdown, undervalued, experiencing strong growth and some 27% off it's 52 week highs. So why do they need to raise cash at depressed prices and dilute existing?
