Can Rocket be effusive? Absolutely, but he actually never characterized VST as anything but being in play. And there were many a discussion also about VST mngmnt being capable of manning a strong "Promotion". I reacted to your post simply because it struck me exactly as accusatory, so if that was not the intention
I am glad , just realize it might have sounded that way to many others too.

VST has no short term driver, don't think they are drilling for months. They have good partners and are in one of the best countries in the world to still find big wells/reservoirs other than that, know one can know.

WZR failed miserably with their first well in that region, they will spud a second well in a matter of weeks. Meanwhile it went up and down like a yo-yo on people's hopes and fears.
